Job Summary

Universal Logistics is seeking multiple skilled CDL-A Owner Operators to join our dynamic team at our terminal in the Cincinnati, OH area, with our main customer being FedEx.

This position is vital to ensuring the safe and timely delivery of freight across designated routes. As an Owner Operator, you will play an essential role in maintaining our reputation for quality service while enjoying consistent freight and home daily opportunities.

Lane Details

• Home Daily
• Dedicated lane from Independence, KY to Toledo, OH
• Drop & pick-up freight
• $930 per load
• Transparent mileage-based pay with compensation based on defined mileage bands

Responsibilities

• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules efficiently
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle systems and equipment
• Maintain accurate records and expenses
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state transportation regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer experience
• Valid Class A CDL
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 2005 or newer tractor
